This time last year the ErgoSolo company launched its first Typing Contest with prizes and awards. Since then it has become a regular event supplemented with extra fun activities. We have despatched our first MultiSolo on the Keyboard CD to a customer in the US. It turned out to be a lady. Although it's a good sign to sell the first CD to a male, we decided not to be sexists and believe the fact of sale is good enough by itself.
So, orders are welcome!

Programmers have finished work on adjusting our range of typing tutors for Linux. Coming soon!

One of our serious mistakes is the desire to do everything ourselves: to release new versions of software, to stamp CDs, to prepare them for retail sales, to promote them, to sell them... I am sure that our primary concern now is to delegate these tasks to those who can do it best. It means we have to search for partners who are interested in promoting us in local markets and distributin our products via their own retail networks.

It's been hot time. We have finally issued the Dvorak course for testing. Simultaneously, we've launched an experiment among the volunteer students. Yesterday I sent them the download link.
My own Dvorak studies have suffered from the load of English typing. Uh.
I am dissatisfied. And tired.

I have always thought that our customers should have more payment options, so I have been looking for an alternative payment system to Regnow which would be as reliable and reputable. It seems, I have found at least one.

It's amusing how they solve the problem of spam filters, they just do not allow mails from hotmail and yahoo. The rest seems to be very convenient.

What is ideal support of the product? I am sure that 99% agree that it includes prompt response from customer service. And I don't mean here automatic replies from robots. I really mean effective and helpful reply from a competent person who represents the company.
I am always happy when I manage to fit into this image.
