G’day! My English name is Mike (it was given to me during my English studyings) though my real name is Mikhail. I want to help you by my article to make the choice between two courses of studying the Latin layout of the key-board: one – the Solo course for the traditional, the so-called, QWERTY layout; and the next – Solo Dvorak – the course for studying the Dvorak layout.
I’m just the young guy like many of you. And even if you are a boy, a girl, a woman or an old man, it also will be very useful for to learn about my experience of studying different layouts of the keyboard.
I’ve understood that I need the ten finger touch typing skill in English (as you know it is also used in English as well as in many other European languages) as soon as I’ve completed Solo for the Russian layout. I didn’t think a lot about what layout to study: QWERTY or Dvorak… Well, that was my mistake.
